The client’s brief expressed the importance of an interior design that complimented the Architects vision while simultaneously reflecting their eclectic taste and a kitchen design that was warm, enticing and a point of interest.
Matt black cabinetry beautifully framed by a particular timber veneer species raw in texture and imperfections creates the statement. Open shelving adds interest, versatility and balance.
With a reputation for no compromise on functionality, the designer ensured every part of the cabinetry interiors provided excellent, accessible storage. This is a working kitchen, specifically designed to meet the needs of a couple and three young children. The bench top is well considered with a focus on landing space providing ease of use for food preparation, plating up, serving and cleaning.
